By Car:
The Chiari Institute: Take the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) to Exit 33. 
Turn north onto Community Drive (2nd left). Pass the hospital (on right side) and proceed approximately ½ mile to Northern Blvd. Make a left onto Northern Blvd (Rt 25A). Proceed 2/10 mile to 865 Northern Blvd. (blue building) on the right side of the road. The Chiari Institute is on the 3rd floor.

By Bus:

By Rail Road:
The Chiari Institute and the hospital are a short cab ride away from Long Island Rail Road stations in Manhasset or Great Neck. Call the Rail Road for complete schedule and rate information.
PARKING:
Hospital: Visitor parking is available in the Hospital's 950-car multi-tiered parking garage, located directly opposite the main hospital lobby at Entrance #3. There is a nominal fee for parking. Visitors are charged $2 for up to one hour; $4 for one to two hours; $5 for two to four hours, and $6 for more than four hours.
The Chiari Institute: Free visitor parking is available in the Parking Garage located under the Building.
